Actually im not in d mood pon nk menaip.. but suddenly there's something across in my mind..
PROBLEM. Hari2 ada masalah. Sentiasa ada. Xsetel yg tu.. Mai plak hal ni. Kadang2 rs kelakar sbb dpt dgr mcm2 version dlm sesuatu masalah. So, my conclusion is, it is juz about communication.
MISCOMMUNICATION may lead to failure in a organization. Organization cant be successful with this problem. Sumhow there is no solution because all is about ATTITUDE. Its hard to determine about attitude. everybody have their own hangin dan perangai yang rsnye xboleh nk diubah, even org slalu kata "people will change". (=.=)
and ya.. opkoz masalah akan bertambah serius bila ada fire stone in behind.. benda xrelated dicampur adukkan. tentu bahan2 yg sedia ada bertambah panas..lalu hangus dimamah api kemarahan.
